Pagebuilder for conversion-optimized sites 🚀
As a UI/UX designer and support agent at Converdy, I helped clients create high-converting websites without coding. I worked with developers, business stakeholders, and users to deliver functional designs and support experiences.
Starting with a project to improve our drag-and-drop builder in Figma, I crafted interfaces that enabled users to build their sites easily. To enhance our tool, I created tons of pre-made sections by analyzing competitor page builders. I identified their best-performing designs and recreated those items and layouts to enrich the Converdy library.
To meet user needs, I participated in weekly meetings with the development team and user feedback sessions. This ensured our designs were always up-to-date and effective.
I also managed a large Facebook community with over 5000 members, where I gathered and bundled feedback on the tool itself. Speaking directly with users, I addressed their challenges and integrated their insights into our design process. This direct interaction was vital in refining our product and ensuring it met user expectations.
To showcase Converdy’s capabilities, I added various conversion techniques to our prototypes - scarcity badges, dynamic countdown timers, and more. These elements engaged visitors and turned them into customers. Animations and loading effects enhanced the user experience. I addressed many design challenges, from updating our design system and UI components to improving user flows and mobile optimization.
By using Converdy’s conversion designs, I helped businesses save time and focus on growth. With features like fast load times, SEO-friendly pages, and powerful integrations, Converdy provided a solid platform for building high-performing websites.
